PLACES TO VISIT

Konigsplatz

The site of the old Nazi Party headquarters and a rally site flanked by the Fuhrerbau.

Odeonsplatz

This central square is flanked by the Feldherrnhalle and was the scene of a confrontation between the Bavarian State Police and an illegally-organised march by Hitler’s followers.

Obersalzberg

The location of Adolf Hitler’s beloved mountain residence, the Berghof, and the bus depot which transports tourists to the nearby Kehlsteinhaus, also known as the Eagle’s Nest.

Dachau

A Nazi German concentration camp, the first to open in Germany.

Day 1: UK Flight to Munich & Central Orientation (Arrival & Culture)

Day 1

Day 4: Dachau Memorial, Transfer to Nuremberg & Castle Walk (20th Century History)

Morning: Depart Munich by coach to visit Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial, studying the history of the early Nazi camp system.

Afternoon: Continue north to Nuremberg. Check into your hotel and take an introductory walking tour up to the medieval Nuremberg Castle (Kaiserburg).

Day 5: Nuremberg Party Rally Grounds, Courtroom 600 & Overnight Drive (Nazi Propaganda & Justice)
