Safety Assurance
Audited Safety for Youth Travel We are full members of the School Travel Forum (STF) and hold the Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) Quality Badge. This means our safety systems go far beyond the legal minimum.
What this means: Our Safety Management System is audited annually by independent experts.
For Teachers/Officers: This accreditation satisfies the due diligence requirements for most Local Authorities and Cadet Associations.
What this means: Recognised by the Department for Education, this badge confirms that we combine robust risk management with high-quality educational experiences.
Financial Protection
Your Money is 100% protected. We fully comply with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. This is the highest level of consumer protection available in the travel industry.

For Coach Tours: We are members of the Bonded Coach Holidays (BCH) scheme, overseen by ABTOT.
The Guarantee: In the unlikely event of insolvency, your money is protected, and if you are already abroad, your repatriation is guaranteed. This applies to all groups—Schools, Cadets, and Adults.
For Flight Tours: All our flight-inclusive packages are financially protected by the ATOL scheme (Licence No. 6268).
Vehicle Safety & Drivers
Our Fleet & Drivers Safety starts on the road. We operate a modern fleet of executive coaches maintained to the highest standards.
DBS Checked Drivers: All our drivers designated for school and youth work hold enhanced DBS checks.
Expert Maintenance: Our vehicles undergo rigorous safety inspections every 6 weeks (more frequent than the legal minimum).
Seatbelts: Every seat on every coach is fitted with a seatbelt.
