We operate a modern fleet of executive coaches maintained to industry-leading standards.

Safety Equipment: Every seat on our coaches is fitted with a seatbelt, which must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
Accommodation and Venue Auditing
As part of our rigorous Safety Management System, we audit our frequent suppliers that we use for your tour.

Hotel Access: We audit our frequently used partner hotels specifically for accessibility features, including lift access and the availability of adapted or ground-floor rooms.

Itinerary Planning: We work closely with Group Leaders to ensure that planned excursions and historical sites are suitable for the mobility levels of the group.

Note on Terrain: Please be aware that some historical sites or international destinations may have uneven terrain or cobblestones that can be challenging for those with reduced mobility.
Support and Assistance ​

Driver Training: Our drivers are professional, highly trained, and undergo enhanced DBS checks for youth and school work.

Limitations: While our staff are helpful, drivers and tour escorts are unable to provide personal care assistance (such as lifting passengers, feeding, or toileting).

Companion Travel: Passengers who require individual personal care must travel with an able-bodied companion or carer to provide that support.
